ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

BUYER
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital license/software product ordered electronically by the BUYER through Buzzlicense, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and distance-selling regulations.
ARTICLE 3 – SUBJECT PRODUCT The type, quantity, sale price, payment method, and delivery details of the product are specified on the order confirmation screen and in the confirmation email sent to the BUYER.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS 4.1. The BUYER confirms having read and understood the essential characteristics, price, payment method, and delivery information of the product prior to completing the order.
4.2. The product is digital in nature and does not involve physical shipping. Following payment confirmation, the product is delivered to the BUYER's registered email address or account panel immediately or within 12 hours.
4.3. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in full compliance with the specifications stated in the order.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 5.1. In accordance with applicable distance-selling regulations governing digital content delivered immediately and downloaded/activated by the consumer, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the BUYER has consented to immediate performance and/or used the license key.
5.2. The BUYER must confirm acceptance of this exception at checkout. For cases falling outside this exception, Buzzlicense's Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT AND DELIVERY 6.1. Payments are processed through the secure payment methods listed on the site (credit card, debit card, or other supported methods).
6.2. Upon payment confirmation, the license key and/or usage instructions are delivered electronically. In case of delivery delays, the BUYER may contact SELLER support.
ARTICLE 7 – GENERAL OBLIGATIONS 7.1. The BUYER agrees to use the purchased license key solely for personal/business use and not to resell, duplicate, or share it without authorization.
7.2. The SELLER shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events (technical failure, supplier issues, system outages, etc.), but shall inform the BUYER within a reasonable time.
ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the consumer protection mechanisms and competent courts applicable in the BUYER's jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 9 – ENTRY INTO FORCE By completing the order, the BUYER declares having read, understood, and electronically accepted this Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective electronically at the moment the order is confirmed.
